Glass & Resin Tree or Star Frame 12/14

Please join us on 12/14 4-6pm for a unique workshop where participants will learn how to make crushed glass resin (epoxy) poured tree or Star of David picture frames. Whether you like a more traditional Christmas tree with red "ornaments", an abstract tree, or one that's a bit nautical, you can make it! Choose whatever color(s) you'd like to have for your Star of David as well! If you'd rather make a different picture on your frame, we'd love to see what you come up with! The great thing about making it yourself is that you get to choose how it turns out :) Choose your frame (traditional and modern options are available or bring your own!), crush your glass and use the glass to fill in your picture frames in the shape of a tree or Star of David. This will look perfect hanging on your wall or given as a gift. No experience necessary. This workshop is appropriate for ages 10+. The cost of $70 includes all materials and instructions required to complete one picture frame. The resin will need to cure flat for at least 24 hours. You will need to leave the project at the studio until the resin hardens. Please pick up your projects within 30 days of the workshop. Projects not picked up within that timeframe may be discarded. Participants will be required to wear safety glasses when breaking the glass. Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds for this workshop. The workshop will be rescheduled one week after the original date if we have a snowstorm. We require at least 3 participants at this workshop. If we have less than 3, you will receive a refund.
