Service Description

In these fun hand building classes, students ages 5 to 13 will use all the techniques to create amazing and unique works of art. Students will learn the correct ways to make coils, pinch, and slab creations! They will also be able to glaze (add color) to their pieces once they come out of the kiln. Students can choose for an array of colors from our extensive selection of glazes. Some projects that we will make in these one-hour classes are: themed rattles, mugs, pots, picture frames, boxes, and more! Classes begin Friday, September 8th at 4:30pm, and Fridays at 12 pm, but you can start anytime! These classes are ongoing throughout the school year. Please note that these classes are for hand building and not using the wheel. The cost of $200 includes all materials and instructions. -Artists missing a workshop do so at their own loss. (one-time class) -No refunds or prorates for missed classes. -Individuals who withdraw from their course (6-week class) within 2 weeks before it begins, may do so less $35 processing fee. -An enrolled student withdrawing 1 week before, or after, it begins will receive no refund, unless outstanding circumstances exist (e.g medical condition with Dr note or extreme family emergency). Credit can be extended to a class of equal value, minus any classes attended and less a $35 processing fee.
