Winter Needle Felt Painting Workshop

Service Description

Have you ever wanted to learn how to needle felt, but don't know where to start? Well, now's your chance! In this 2-hour workshop, we will guide you through the process of making a needle-felted winter landscape. After a brief demonstration about how to lay the wool roving and how to safely work with the needles and wool, participants will draw out their design on paper, then start making their wall hanging in a hoop. So, whether you are a beginner or an advanced felter, we'd love to have you! Oh, and bring some friends :-) All materials will be provided. Feel free to bring in some wine (or other drink of choice) and some nut-free snacks. Please send us an email or message with any allergies that you may have so that we can provide alternatives for certain ingredients. We do not offer refunds for missed workshops. In the event of a snowstorm, this workshop will be rescheduled for the following month. Participants may opt to come in during Open Studio time if this workshop is cancelled. Participants must complete their projects within 2 months of the original workshop's cancellation.
