  • 2 hours
  • 80 US dollars

Service Description

Hand piecing a quilt dates back to ancient Egypt, where Egyptians would use the quilts as clothing. When quilting came to America, it was used as covers for beds and over doors for warmth. In these two hour, two session classes, we will learn how to use templates and stitching to join pieces of fabric together to form blocks, which can then be made into a quilted article. Tuition includes instruction and use of equipment. You may purchase supplies before class at our studio or at another fabric store. The supply list will be sent to you upon registering for the class.
